Please note that wallpaper and fabric by the yard are non-refundable, as each item is made to order and cut specifically for you. To ensure satisfaction, we highly recommend ordering samples before placing your final order.
All orders are carefully inspected before shipping; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to review their items upon receipt. Any concerns must be reported within 7 business days of delivery and prior to cutting or installation.
Yes, we do! If you're located outside of the USA, feel free to contact us for a shipping quote. Please be aware that the recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, and fees that may apply during the international shipping process.
Our lead times vary by product, but fabric and wallpaper orders can be expected to ship within 3-4 weeks. Please see individual products for details.

If you email us at hello@kristenleighstudio.com with the width and height of each wall in your project, we can provide you with a rough estimate of how many yards you may need. However, this is only an estimate and we highly recommend that all customers consult with an installation professional for the most accurate quote.
Yes, our premium matte paper has been used in bathrooms for years, provided that the space has proper ventilation and low moisture buildup. We do not recommend installing grasscloth in bathrooms because the ground will stain easily when exposed to water and is not intended to withstand moisture.

We have a 3 yard suggested minimum for fabric orders. We don’t sell half yards, so please round up as needed.
Yes, most of our fabrics are frequently used for upholstery. Their suitability will depend on the specifics of your piece and how it will be used. Many customers prefer to reinforce the fabric by knitting the back or treating the linen beforehand. It's always best to consult with your upholsterer to ensure the best outcome for your project.
