WALLPAPER FAQ

SAMPLES & ORDERING

We offer samples for all of our wallpapers. Samples are 6” square and cost $8.00 plus shipping. We recommend purchasing a sample first to ensure colors.

When ordering,  it is important to order the accurate number of rolls needed for a full room. Colors can vary per batch. We print in small batches and cannot always guarantee a 100% color match between each batch.

Our wallpaper is sold by the yard with a minimum purchase of 5 yards.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

All wallpapers are digitally printed and therefore a smooth, highly durable surface is required for application. Our premium matte papers are washable using a mild soap that does not contain detergent. Rinse with clear, clean water. Grease or Oil stains may not be removed. Do not use abrasives.

RETURNS

Please inspect your wallpaper in detail upon opening. We are confident you’ll love your wallpaper as much as we do, but in the rare case there are any issues or defects they must be brought to our attention before installation for any discount or refund. Once wallpaper has been installed it may not be discounted or refunded for any reason.

Our papers are printed especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us within 5 business days to report a defective order. Our wallpaper is printed in small batches. The illustration colors of each roll in your single order should be consistent. Orders placed from multiple lots may vary, so we do recommend ordering more than enough for your space at time of install.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

This stain-resistant strippable wallcovering can be hung BEST with a clear premixed adhesive. Apply paste generously to the back, edge to edge, smoothly and evenly using a paint roller.

We highly recommend hiring a professional wallpaper installer. Below are some helpful tips.

PREPARE YOUR SPACE

  • Walls should be smoothed and primed with a wallpaper primer and free from debris.

  • Proper preparation will seal the wall and give a nice surface for the installation. This applies to various types of walls, i.e. new construction, newly painted walls, old walls and walls that have had wallpaper removed. Application over existing wallpaper is not recommended.

APPLY THE WALLPAPER

Apply paste generously to the back, edge to edge, smoothly and evenly using a paint roller. Book the paper by loosely folding the pasted sides together without creasing. Align the edges carefully so the paste doesn’t dry out. Gently roll the booked piece to ensure the pasted sides make good contact. Allow to soak and expand for 3-5 minutes. Use a smoothing brush to remove all air pockets, wrinkles and excess paste by brushing the wallcovering from the center to the edges. A seam roller can be used to lightly roll edges of paper being careful not to push paste out.

Using a clean, damp sponge, gently wash adhesive completely from the surface of the wallcovering immediately after each strip is hung. Any adhesive left on the wallcovering can, at a later date, attack the surface printed inks and cause them to flake.
